The Customization Group (TCG), formerly Picanova, shared its 2023 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Progress Report. Here some highlights, from the company’s viewpoint:

  • Environmental Sustainability:
    • On-Demand Production: TCG model promotes responsible consumption and production, reducing waste and minimizing our environmental footprint.
    • Tree Planting Initiatives: TCG planted 30,000 trees in Latvia, enhancing our commitment to reforestation and biodiversity.
  • Sustainability Certifications: TCG have achieved FSC certification for our wood products, OEKO-TEX® certification for textiles, and ECOLOGO certification for our printing inks.
  •  Commitment to Safety: TCG maintained a rigorous focus on product safety, achieving the CE declaration of conformity for toy products and ensuring the highest safety standards.
  • Employee Growth: TCG launched a dedicated learning platform, which resulted in 1,334 hours of employee learning activities and 42 internal promotions in 2023.
  • Community Engagement: TCG strengthened our community ties by hosting educational workshops for more than 500 local children and partnering with the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity to support numerous local initiatives.
